Purpose/Function

A hardware and software system is being used to load standard agarose gels, up to 120 samples in 3 comb lanes with multiple markers. Gels are pre-run to move samples out of wells for safe transport to gel boxes.

Operating Parameters

• Number of samples = 1 to 120
• Number of markers = 1 to 12
• Accepts standard CBS gel casting trays
• Comb thicknes = 2mm
• Sample source = 96 well microwell tray
• Speed = 20 minutes for 120 samples
