MAD (microarray data management and processing) is a set of Windows integrated software for DNA microarray data management and processing. It consists of a relational database for data storage with many user-interfaces for data manipulation, several text file parsers and Microsoft Excel macros for automation of data processing, and a generator to produce text files that are ready for cluster analysis.

    MAD is a Jet (Microsoft Access format) database and a series of forms written in Visual Basic 6. This software and database schema was never developed past the alpha stage. The Garner group will not support this software. Use at your own risk.
