Arrogant - ARRay OrGANizing Tool

    ARRay OrGANizing Tool, is a integrated, database driven environment to enable a user to gain access to data and its internal associations for collections of biopolymers (genes, clones, etc.).  It can also be used to design collections.  Many types of data are integrated into this environment, including experimental data.  Many pre-calculated gene collections are available.

    Arrogant has been used to identify new members of a collection of genes that could be playing a role in cancer and another in cardiac illness.  It has then been used to annotate those collections as well as microarray clone collections, to enable the user to understand their collection better.  It is intended to bring critical information about a collection or array so that a user can integrate their expression or other data to facilitate interpretation of the results.  Until now, after expression value determination or clustering it was necessary for the experience of the user to find correlations and connections in the data, now Arrogant will help with that process.
