Research Interests:
• Microarray data analysis
• Cell Signaling/Immunology
• Cancer/Apoptosis

Current Projects:
• Analysis of microarray data
• Interpretation/verification of microarray data

Educational Background:
• B.S. University of Texas at Arlington Honors College (2000)
• Ph.D. (Biomedical Science/Microbiology & Immunology) University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (2005)

Duties and Goals:
My main focus is analysis and interpretation of microarray data, generated by our laboratory and in collaboration with others. Currently, I am working on data generated from cardiac and infectious disease models. I am also working on data generated from non-gene expression custom arrays.

During my spare time:
I am working on my M.B.A. degree online, which has so far been much fun. If there is time left over, I like to play internet spades and am really quite good (sort of). I especially enjoy spending time with my son, Andy, who makes me laugh and is perfect in every way.
